Piparras is a hot chile pepper from the Basque Country in Spain. Guindilla Peppers (Piparras) - large, crunchy, spicy (but not too hot) green peppers. A delicious appetizer served on their own or an attractive accompaniment to charcuterie boards. Also great sliced in salads.
Banderillas - a Spanish tapas favorite. A mix of small pickle, pearl onions, peppers and green olives together with added heat of some guindilla pepper. Simply drain and they are ready to add to a plate of tapas.
