Maó cheese is a soft to hard white cheese made from cows' milk, named after the town and natural port of Maó, on the island of Menorca off the Mediterranean coast of Spain.

Menorca is known for its cheese production and is home to one of the most respected dairy plants in Europe.

Creamy, smooth flavor and great quality. Made with raw milk, it is aged between 2 and 3 months.

This semi-cured  Mahon Cheese has a creamy, soft and elastic texture. Mild flavor, slightly salty and with the slight acidic touch typical of milk.

It is perfect in sandwiches, canapés, tomato bread, salads, with dried fruits such as dates or added in any cheese board! And this is Sandra, our Mallorquina friend favorite!!!
