Don Álvaro Semicurado is a Manchego cheese made in the natural region of La Mancha, from the milk of Manchega Breed sheep. It is yellowish or light ivory, with a firm and friable texture, it has a great intensity, the smell of milk from sheep, with acidic and lactic notes such as yogurt, cream and some hints of hay in seasonal seasons.
Made with pasteurized sheep's milk and from farms registered in the D.O.P. (Appellation of origin).
A maturation process of approximately 2 to 4 months.

Ingredients
Pasteurized Manchega sheep Milk, salt, firming agent: calcium clhoride, rennet, lactic, ferments, and preservative from egg.
Rind: preservative: natamycin, and dyes: plain caramel and annatto. Rind not edible, salt, rennet, lactic ferments and lysozyme.
Contains egg and milk.
How to serve
Remove the cheese from the refrigerator and leave at room temperature 15 minutes before being consumed.
It is advisable to cut into wedges between 3 and 5 millimeters thick. The edge bark can be left to give a visual clue of the cheese being served.
Serve – if possible – at room temperature. Manchego cheeses taste their best at 68°
