Aneto makes their broths simply and according to traditional recipes. Every broth is simmered over low heat for 2-3 hours – there are no shortcuts in producing the flavor of an authentic, handmade broth.
For this broth, Aneto sautes onions, tomatoes and garlic in extra virgin olive oil, then season with pepper and a touch of saffron. Then, Aneto adds the seafood, and then the Aneto fish broth little by little over the course of 2 hours until perfectly cooked
