The ñora is a cultivated variety of Capsicum annuum or pepper, and widely used in the Mediterranean of Spain, where it became popular, small in size, round in shape and red when ripe, which is left to dry in the sun.
The Ñora is usually used as accompaniment and dressing in stews and garnishes, frying them first and leaving them aside to add to your meals.
They must be soaked for 10-15 minutes before using, and once they are rehydrated, you can incorporate them into your chili sauces, risotto, fideua, or any fish stews or rices.
