Its preparation is focused on the roasting of each one of the samlla sardines, giving it the desired texture and juiciness. The next step is the packaging, made by hand by our master packers, with more than 10 years of experience. Finally, we proceed to cover it with olive oil and a chilli pepper to add that spicy touch to each can.
