Orders are usually processed usually between 1-2 days from the order date. We do our best to accommodate requests for faster or delayed processing. Around major holidays, things may take a little bit longer i.e. up to 3-4 business days for your order to leave our warehouse
At this time we only offers service to Continental U.S. (48 states.) If you are in Hawai or Puerto Rico and love to make and order email us: firstname.lastname@example.org we will try to work it out.
To our international friends: unfortunately, we do not ship outside the United States, excluding APOs, at this time.
We’ll contact the buyer with any exceptions, such as an order requiring further information or a heat-sensitive order best shipped later to prevent it from sitting in warm facilities over a weekend.
Some orders require additional packaging, such as cold packs and insulation. Fees will be added automatically at checkout, but ice and insulation are used when needed even if the fee wasn’t charged.
We use USPS or UPS for shipping. Shipping options and delivery times within the U.S. (after processing) are as follows:
- Standard/UPS Ground: 1-5 business days (free for orders $90 or more)
- Expedited: 1-2 business days
- Overnight: If you require an order for the next day please send us an email to: email@example.com we will do our best to accommodate it.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is picked up by the shipping carrier. Please note that in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update and show movement. However please check your junk mail folder.
If you need to cancel your order, you need to do so before it leaves our facility. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the cancellation process. For cancelled orders, you can choose to receive store credit or have the funds returned to your original form of payment.
We are committed to offer our customers high quality products and an excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise at email@example.com
We are not responsible for any delivery delays due to third parties or carriers.
If your purchase is somehow damaged in transit or arrives in bad condition, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within one week after receiving your order so we can make things right. Please include your name and order number.
